Data we use

Purposes and services

Data supports saving your work, authentication, support and security. We use Google Firebase for authentication and hosting. Apple and Google process sign-in under their own policies. Providers may process data outside your country.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics for Firebase stays disabled until you choose to share analytics. It measures screens and actions such as saving builds or gear, logging farming and signing in. Our events do not include your email, notes, build names or item identifiers.

When enabled, the service may also process installation identifiers and technical information about your device, app version and usage. We do not configure these events to personalize advertising. You can disable analytics in Profile; this stops future collection and resets local Analytics data, but does not automatically delete events already received by Google.

Advertising and consent

We use Google AdMob for interstitial ads at selected navigation breaks. We request non-personalized ads. The SDK may still process IP address and derived approximate location, permitted device or advertising identifiers, interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.

Ad requests depend on the consent state returned by Google's platform. Advertising choices are available in Profile where applicable. On iOS a system tracking prompt may also appear; you can manage it in iOS Settings. Analytics consent is separate.

Age and preferences

The app is intended for teenagers and adults, not children under 13. The numeric age selector (1–100) assigns an age bracket. Only the bracket (under 16, 16–17, 18+ or unspecified) is stored locally, not the chosen number or date of birth. Under 16 or unspecified disables ads and usage analytics. Ages 16–17 receive teen advertising treatment; analytics remains optional.

Images and features in preparation

Catalog images may load from dungeons.tools, which receives technical connection information, including IP address. We do not send collection data or notes with those requests.

Sync, community publishing and online coordination are not enabled in this version. Your collection is not published to a community profile.

Retention and your choices

Local data remains until you remove it from your device. Account data remains while needed to provide the service or until deletion is processed, subject to justified legal or security retention. Support communications are used for as long as needed to handle the request and related issues.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of data we manage. See account and data deletion instructions. Local deletion does not automatically remove server records.

Security and changes

Do not include passwords or sensitive data in notes or support messages. We will update this policy when features or data processing change; the date indicates the revision.

Providers apply their own retention settings to technical, advertising and analytics records. Disabling analytics, signing out or uninstalling does not delete your account.

Saved website builds

Builds you save are stored in this browser. Delete them in the workshop or by clearing site data. They do not sync with the app or other devices. Shared links contain the build name, gear, rarity and enchantments; anyone with the link can read them.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you opt in. It uses cookies to measure visits and tool navigation. We do not send build names, searches or shared-link contents. Google processes technical connection information. Withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences in the homepage footer. Your preference stays in this browser. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Website collection

Individual gear copies, notes and properties stay in this browser. Remove copies in My gear or clear site data. Exported backups include these details; keep them somewhere you trust. There is no automatic game, app or device synchronization.

Website advertising

This website loads Google AdSense to show display ads below the library on all screen sizes and in the side margins on wide desktop screens. Google and its partners may process IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies and advertising interactions to serve and measure ads, subject to applicable consent settings. This is separate from optional Google Analytics. Your saved gear and notes are not sent by us to AdSense. For details and controls, see Google advertising policies and controls.
