Delete account and data

You can ask Manuel Cruzat to delete your Dungeon Campfire account and the associated data we hold.

1. Email mcruzate@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Dungeon Campfire account”.
2. Provide the email associated with your account and whether you want to delete the entire account or specific data. If you used Apple Hide My Email, include that sign-in address if you know it.
3. We may verify ownership before deleting data. We will never ask for your password or one-time codes.

What is included

The request covers your Firebase Authentication account and associated personal data we manage. Collection, builds and farming logs currently stay on your device and are not synced. Requests are handled manually; we will confirm the scope and completion by email. You can request deletion of specific data while keeping your account.

Data on your device

Equipment and drafts stored only on your device cannot be deleted through a remote request. You must also remove the app's local data on that device. Uninstalling does not itself delete an account on the server.

Exceptional retention

If a legal or security obligation requires retaining a record, we will explain its category, reason and applicable period. Third-party services may manage their own records under their policies.
